In connection with Contract No. BG-RRP-3.008-0625 for the implementation of the project “Supply, installation and commissioning of a “Laser cutting machine with fiber laser source”.
TM- Technology JSC has put into operation a new Machine Brand: GWEIKE; Model: GKS-24040SA for laser cutting with a fiber laser source with a power of 30kW with a 3D laser head, designed for straight and oblique cutting of sheet material with a maximum thickness of up to 100 mm.
Technical and functional characteristics:
Laser source power = 30kW;
– Sheet size for 3D cutting = 24000*4000mm;
– X-travel = 24000 mm;
– Y-travel = 4600 mm;
– Z-travel = 300mm;
Fiber laser high-speed cutting head for 3D cutting, an ideal option for powers over 12 kW, with a function for height monitoring along the Z axis, with a capacitive sensor, providing stable and fast automatic adjustment of the cutting height and collision protection and constant monitoring. Possibility of connection and data exchange – Industry 4.0. Interface integration with external applications via SQL server. Interface with control systems and MEC;
